Updates

Beginning Aug. 10, the Virginia Beach Sheriff's Office no longer accepts books, magazines or periodicals mailed directly to inmates. This coincides with the new rules for inmates receiving personal mail. Starting Aug. 24, all books received at the jail will be returned to sender. Full details on the Inmate Mail page .
